Course Description
This one-day, hands-on training course in Final Cut Pro FCP X introduces the primary feature set and basic interface of Apple's latest tool for video editing Final Cut Pro X and is offered in our Apple Authorised Training Centre (AATC) in Dublin monthly, or onsite across Ireland.
This course runs most frequently in our Apple Authorised Training Centre (AATC) in central Dublin , where each student learns using wide-screen iMacs to maximise the screen display, and is delivered by one of Ireland's most exciting editors and Apple Certified Trainer.

This course offers no Certification itself.
About the Course;
In this course, you’ll learn to perform basic editing functions while familiarizing yourself with the user interface. Topics include basic setup, adjusting and customizing preferences and settings, capturing video and audio, various editing and trimming techniques, Ripple, Roll, Slip, and Slide tools, audio editing and audio creation, finishing and final output.
Prerequisites:
This course is for beginners or those with limited video-editing knowledge, or who have previously been using other video editing software and are migrating to the Mac and Final Cut Pro for work or individual projects. Students should have the following prerequisite knowledge prior to attending the course:
- Basic knowledge of the Macintosh OS
