iPad Publishing, first in Ireland

ipad_publishing_course_bigwavemediaWe are very excited about our iPad Publishing course coming up next week – the first to be delivered in Ireland as a scheduled course.  It is a timely announcement as the new Single Edition of the Digital Publishing Suite (DPS) is released today in Europe.

Being Ireland’s first Adobe Authorised Training Centre, we have a long relationship with Adobe Systems and have been working closely with their DPS and InDesign personnel to keep abreast of this fast moving space.

But the results coming from the release of Newstand (part of the new iOS 5 from Apple) seem to make it clear that publishers have a great opportunity by publishing to iPad and other tablets, and in fact could be left behind if they dont.
