Snow Leopard Support Essentials roars again...
Another almost full house ran again at Big Wave Media Training in November, with attendees getting Certified to support the new Snow Leopard operating system.
The course saw attendees travel from across Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK mainland for the course - which has gone from strength to strength this year. The combination of the demand for Mac technologies, with the Certification - this support course which sets support professionals apart as Apple Certified Support Professionals (ACSP), seems a powerful combination.
